VaultFree ("we", "us") provides non-custodial crypto acquiring infrastructure. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website (vaultfree.co) and API services.
2. What we collect
Account data: email address, Tron wallet address, API keys. Required to provide the service.
Transaction data: deposit wallet addresses, transaction hashes, amounts, timestamps. All data is publicly available on the Tron blockchain.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited. Collected automatically for security and analytics.
What we do NOT collect: private keys, seed phrases, or any data that would give us access to your funds. VaultFree is non-custodial by design.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and maintain the service (wallet creation, deposit monitoring, webhooks)
- To communicate with you about your account and service updates
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To improve the service based on usage patterns
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) — to operate the service
- Law enforcement — when required by law

Account data is retained while your account is active. Transaction data (blockchain records) is public and permanent by nature. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. Since we never hold your private keys or funds, a breach of our systems cannot result in loss of your cryptocurrency.
