1. Service description

VaultFree provides non-custodial crypto acquiring infrastructure for USDT (TRC-20). We deploy smart contracts that enable merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into agreements. By using VaultFree, you confirm that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Non-custodial nature

VaultFree is non-custodial. This means:

  • We never hold your private keys or seed phrases
  • Funds are swept directly to your wallet via smart contract
  • We cannot freeze, reverse, or redirect your funds
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet

4. Fees

Fees are deducted by the smart contract at the time of sweep. Current fee tiers:

  • Free: 0% (self-sweep via TronLink) or 5% (platform sweep)
  • Growth: 5% (min $2.00), all inclusive
  • Enterprise: 3% (min $1.50), from $50K/mo volume

Fee changes are subject to a 24-hour timelock enforced by the smart contract. You will be notified in advance.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use VaultFree for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction
  • Circumventing sanctions or export controls

We reserve the right to disable API access for accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

6. Smart contract risks

Smart contracts are audited but carry inherent risks. By using VaultFree, you acknowledge:

  • Smart contracts may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Network congestion may delay transaction confirmation
  • Gas costs on the Tron network may fluctuate

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The smart contract operates independently on the blockchain — even if our API is temporarily unavailable, your funds remain accessible via the contract directly.

8. Limitation of liability

VaultFree is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network issues, smart contract vulnerabilities, incorrect wallet addresses provided by you, or unauthorized access to your account.

9. Termination

You may stop using VaultFree at any time. If we disable your API access, you retain the ability to sweep funds from your deposit wallets via the smart contract's emergencySweep function.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or the website.
